Syracuse, N.Y.— Cadets as young as 13 withstood storms, high temps and unhealthy air this week to attend the inaugural Central New York Youth Fire and EMS Training Weekend.
Twenty-five cadets from 10 different departments converged on the Fairmount Fire Department Training Center on Thursday for three days of skill, technique and endurance building.
