Annual Arkansas SO Row fundraiser supports Special Olympics athletes

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Athletes, families and supporters gathered Saturday in North Little Rock for the ninth annual Arkansas SO Row fundraiser benefiting Special Olympics Arkansas.

The event, hosted by Stronger Together Fitness at New Life Church, challenged teams to row as many meters as possible in 20 minutes using Concept2 rowing machines.

Organizers said the competition is designed to be accessible, competitive and inclusive for participants of all ages and abilities. Teams of six were paired with a Special Olympics coach or rowing teammate.
