Peoria residents received a free hat July 19 at from Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream in honor of National Ice Cream Day.
Peoria houses two Handel’s locations one in North Peoria at 25738 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway #110 and one in Park West at 9784 W. Northern Ave. #1235.
Both shops are open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and feature dozens of freshly made classic and seasonal ice cream flavors…
