CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – One of the two men charged in the shooting death of a 51-year-old Canton man in a parking lot of the Skyline Terrace Apartments has had the charges against him reduced.
30-year-old Daquan Rucker of Akron was indicted on a reckless homicide count last week, but not on a murder charge.
