SUMMERDALE, Pa. (WHTM) — Traffic patterns are shifting and some ramps will be detoured as a pavement preservation project continues on the West Shore.
PennDOT said traffic will shift on U.S. Route 11/15 (Enola Road) in East Pennsboro Township beginning Thursday, July 23 at the Interstate 81 interchange.
