JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson City Councilman Kenneth Stokes took to the streets Sunday afternoon to show fear cannot ruin communities.
It wasn’t a large turnout, but Stokes explained he purposely didn’t invite any police or many across the Ward to show that a councilman can walk the streets with small groups and still be safe.
