CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) — Goodwill Keystone Area recently announced plans to open a new store inside a former Rite Aid store in Carlisle, Cumberland County.
Back on July 16, Goodwill Keystone Area announced on Facebook that it would be transforming the former Rite Aid store at 320 York Road in Carlisle into their newest donation center.
