More than six years after acquiring Maple Street Biscuit Co. with plans to expand the brand, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc. said July 20 it sold the downsized restaurant chain founded in Jacksonville.
Cracker Barrel said it sold Maple Street to Biscuit Belly, which describes itself as a “gourmet biscuit sandwich concept” and said it will convert the Maple Street sites to its brand.
