(WJET/WFXP)– A Crawford County man is facing attempted homicide charges after Pennsylvania State Police said he shot a passing truck with two 17-year-olds inside.
Pennsylvania State Police in Corry have charged 53-year-old Earl Rorer III with attempted homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment following a shooting on July 8 in Sparta Township.
Man shot multiple times while riding electric bike, in critical condition
According to the criminal complaint, troopers were called to the 23000 block of Byler Road around 10:42 pm on July 8 for a report of shots fired, finding bullet holes in the alleged victim’s pickup truck on the driver’s side near the gas tank, edge of the truck bed and tailgate.
