Publix has reopened its Winter Haven, Florida, store at a new location, debuting a 54,964-square-foot supermarket July 16 at Mariana Acres at 1075 Brookstone Road.
The store offers traditional departments including a full-service deli, produce, scratch bakery, meat, seafood and pharmacy.
“While the location may be new, customers will find the same friendly service they know and trust, along with features and conveniences that make shopping even easier,” said Hannah Herring, media relations manager at Publix, which is based in Lakeland, Florida.
Around the store
The deli features a variety of meats and cheeses, an international selection of olives, hummus and more than 150 artisan cheeses from the U.S. and around the world. The produce department carries organic and conventionally grown fruits and vegetables, including locally grown options, while the floral department stocks seasonal bouquets.
The scratch bakery offers cakes, cookies, pies and wedding cakes, with breads and rolls baked fresh throughout the day. The meat department features custom cuts, including Publix private label all-natural and organic GreenWise chicken, along with ready-to-cook items prepared fresh daily…
