Geddes, N.Y. – A woman is in critical condition after she was hit by a pickup truck while walking along a road in Geddes early Monday morning, deputies said.
The woman, described as being in her 60s, was hit just after 5 a.m. near the intersection of West Granger Road and South Terry Road, according to Deputy Doug Roser, of the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
