ILLINOIS (WCIA) — The Illinois Secretary of State is responding to allegations that his office issued a drivers license to an undocumented immigrant from Guatemala who has pleaded guilty to a hit-and-run that killed two women in Urbana last year.
Julio Cucul-Bol was sentenced to 30 years in prison in October of 2025 for his role in the Jan. 19, 2025 crash which took the lives of 21-year-old Chloe Polzin of Deerfield and 20-year-old Katie Abraham of Glenview.
