SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Shreveport Police say recent proactive policing may have prevented another violent crime in the city.
On July 16, police say members of the Violent Crimes Abatement Team were along West 63rd Street, when they observed Dalvin Hall Jr. walking along the northern boundary of the Caddo Career and Technology Center.
Police say the officers noticed a visible bulge near Hall’s waist and contacted him. They say Hall admitted to having a firearm concealed inside his shorts.
