COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A southern Colorado business owner is looking to learn who a man is in surveillance video of a suspected theft.
Elisia Smock owns Hidden Gems, a boutique off of North Nevada in Colorado Springs. She says, who she believes to be the same man, appears in her store’s surveillance video twice recently; The first time last Thursday, and the second on Sunday. Smock says the man’s overall appearance on both occasions was similar.
