ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Anchorage creeks were under a flood watch Monday, including both Campbell Creek and Chester Creek.
Mark Palmatier, who built a home on the banks of Chester Creek by Valley of the Moon Park, said the water was as high as he’d seen it.
