HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Votes were cast in Horry County Council, resulting in changes to impact fees.
Impact fees are fees collected on new development and construction in the county. They have existed in the county since 2021, and the council unanimously voted on Ordinance 30-2026 last week.
