ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Power is being restored to a majority of customers after a tree fell on some power lines on St. Paul Boulevard
St. Paul Blvd. near Thomas Avenue was blocked off due to the fallen trees and wires. RG&E reported that over 700 customers were without power.
