BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Lake Ming has been a community staple for generations, but some are saying it needs some serious maintenance to keep it that way.
“It’s affecting everybody and it’s like I said, it’s nobody’s fault. It’s Mother Nature with all the heat,” said Kevin Fennell with the National Jet Boat Association. “And then they had trouble with the pumps and the lake.”
