A former Waynesboro Public Schools teacher’s aide arrested after an incident with a student earlier this year had two charges certified to the grand jury following a preliminary hearing.
Douglas R. Woodside, 67, of Charlottesville, appeared in Waynesboro Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court on Monday, July 20.
