The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the majority of Bristol and Plymouth counties Tuesday night as severe thunderstorms battered Massachusetts.
At 7:45 p.m., Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms producing torrential rain in Bristol and Plymouth counties, the weather service said. Flash flooding is expected in this region, and Fall River and New Bedford are most at risk.
