ROCK RAPIDS—A 26-year-old Little Rock man was arrested about 9:40 p.m. Sunday, July 19, on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence and no valid driver’s license.
The arrest of Erik Leonardo Macias Denis stemmed from a report of a possibly intoxicated eastbound motorist on Highway 9 south of Larchwood, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
