University of Florida students uncover an archaeological artifact from an indigenous tribe

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – University of Florida students recovered an ancient artifact at a local mission site.

During fieldwork, the students uncovered a pot created by the indigenous Potano-Timucua tribe around 400 years ago.
