WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING CO. (WOLF) — A Dauphin County teenager accused of fatally shooting a 15-year-old boy after Halloween festivities last year has been ordered to stand trial.
Following a preliminary hearing Wednesday, District Judge Aaron Biichle held all charges against Vincent Baskerville, 17, for Lycoming County Court.
