Weakley County’s District 5 Commissioner David Moore, has been named a 2026 University of Tennessee President’s Award winner.
Moore, a former police chief, was recognized in the “Bold and Impactful” category for developing a data-driven approach to help law enforcement agencies determine appropriate staffing levels.
