Two Good Samaritans helped rescue a 2-year-old boy after he was found running across a busy street early Monday morning in South Los Angeles.
At approximately 3:30 a.m. on July 21, 2026, the toddler was seen running across Crenshaw Boulevard near 52nd Street by two passing motorists.
One witness, identified as Ginger, safely picked up the child and called 911 while another Good Samaritan, Phillip, stopped traffic to protect the toddler from passing vehicles…
