(BCN) –Two people were arrested in Stockton after officers stopped a vehicle linked to a carjacking investigation, though neither was identified as the suspected carjacker, police said.
Stockton police said officers located the vehicle Sunday in the 100 block of West Benjamin Holt Drive and conducted a traffic stop.
