CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WPRI) — A Central Falls police officer at the center of a misconduct investigation has reached a settlement with the city.
In a statement to 12 News, a spokesperson for Central Falls Mayor Maria Rivera confirmed that the disciplinary violations lodged against Officer Timothy Toczko have been dismissed as a result of the settlement.
The spokesperson stopped short of sharing the details of the settlement or providing an update on Toczko’s employment status.
