WILMINGTON, DE — Two men were arrested following a drug investigation launched in response to community complaints about suspected illegal drug activity, according to Wilmington police.
Members of the Wilmington Police Department’s Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the area of Ninth and Kirkwood streets at approximately 9:55 a.m. July 16 when investigators allegedly observed two individuals engaged in suspected drug transactions.
According to police, officers made contact with both men and recovered a total of 91 bags of heroin, weighing approximately 2.73 grams, about 0.5 grams of crack cocaine, and $487 in cash…
