EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — Drivers on Interstate 10 East in El Paso are facing major delays Wednesday night after a vehicle overturned near Osborne, prompting multiple lane closures, officials said.
The Texas Department of Transportation said three lanes on I-10 East near Osborne are closed until further notice because of the overturned vehicle.
