RIDGELAND, Miss. (WLBT) – A retirement facility in Ridgeland is implementing safety measures to protect seniors with Alzheimer’s and memory loss during dangerous heat waves.
The Rose Garden, a community that provides specialized support for seniors with memory-related conditions, is offering additional hydration and limiting outdoor time to cooler hours of the day.
