HOUSTON – The northbound lanes of the Southwest Freeway are shut down after a vehicle flew off the elevated HOV lane and onto the highway below.
A Houston Transtar camera at the Southwest Freeway and Beltway 8 shows the vehicle blocking the freeway.
Other drivers were seen using sledgehammers to try and free people trapped inside the vehicle…
