POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 11:07am on July 16th after reports of a disturbance on the 1700 block of Welch Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller told dispatch that there is a family burning large piles of wood outside on the sidewalk. The blaze from the fires were said to be out of control. Dispatch referred to the incident as a “campfire” on the sidewalk.
Police and fire responded to the scene. The result of the call is unknown. No further information is available at this time…
