RALEIGH, N.C. — A 40-year-old man has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison after admitting to selling fentanyl that caused the overdose death of a 21-year-old Cary man and trafficking dozens of firearms.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Kenneth Mark Rosado pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl.
