HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Dozens of dogs were living in inadequate conditions with injuries from dogfighting that led to the arrest of three people last week in the Longs area, according to arrest warrants obtained by News13 from Horry County police.
Jemar Dwight Chestnut, 44, has been charged with 33 counts of ill treatment of animals, 26 counts of animal fighting, one count of criminal conspiracy, and one count of possession of a weapon by a person convicted of certain crimes.
