Strategic Property Partners filed plans for a 400-foot residential tower at Water Street Tampa. The building will contain 452 homes and 37,000 square feet of retail space. The team submitted their proposal to the City of Tampa for review. The site sits at Water Street and Cumberland Avenue.
This building will stand across from Predalina and Synovus Bank. Nichols Architects will design it. MAWD | March and White Design will handle the inside work.
