A Peninsula property with a $78.8 million price tag has found a buyer after months on the market, in what could be a contender for biggest Bay Area sale of the year.
The property at 3000 Ralston Ave. in Hillsborough is represented by Jenn Gilson of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International, who was among the agents pitching their listings last month as the perfect home for LeBron James.
