DUNCAN, S.C. (WSPA) – As one of South Carolina’s most accomplished young swimmers, Jimmy Beeson has spent years chasing success in the pool. Now, before heading to BYU this fall, the Greer native has one more national championship meet with the teammates and coaches who helped shape his journey.
The Greer Middle College High School graduate and Y Spartaquatics standout enters this weekend’s YMCA Long Course National Championships in Ocala, Florida, as South Carolina’s top-ranked 2026 recruit and a swimmer with national titles, state championships and Olympic aspirations already on his résumé.
