Maryland Statehouse rocked as audit reveals SNAP benefits went to lottery winner, inmates

MARYLAND (WBFF) — Outrage is growing at the Maryland Statehouse after a state audit found tens of thousands of dollars in government food assistance issued to people who did not qualify.
