TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Zepf Center has received $1.5 million in federal grant money to support its efforts connecting homeless people with mental health and substance use challenges to housing, employment and care.
The funding comes through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. One million dollars will go toward the center’s community behavioral health clinics. The remaining $500,000 will support the center’s Homeless Outreach and Person-Centered Engagement program, known as HOPE.
