Fort Collins police say a body was found at retaining ponds in the area of Harmony Road and Ziegler Road early the morning of July 24.
Poudre Fire Authority crews responded to a water rescue in that area at 5:46 a.m. July 24, according to the PulsePoint app and posts on social media. The Poudre Fire Authority response was in the 2900 block of East Harmony Road.
The Fort Collins Police Services posts, which were timestamped 6:30 a.m. July 24, said police and emergency responders remained in the area where the body was found and asked drivers to follow instructions from those on scene and “detour as needed.”…
