Teen indicted for Clermont County crash that left 1 dead, another seriously hurt

CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) — A Clermont County grand jury has indicted a Blanchester man in connection with a January crash that killed one person and seriously injured another.

According to an indictment filed in Clermont County Common Pleas Court, Sean Thomas McDonald, 19, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and vehicular assault.

The indictment alleges McDonald recklessly caused the death of a victim while operating a motor vehicle on Jan. 24. Prosecutors also allege the crash caused serious physical harm to a second victim…
