OCALA, FL (352Today.com) – At its July 21, 2026 meeting, Marion County Commissioners approved the final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan for Sandy Clay Residential, clearing the path for a 442-home single-family subdivision on nearly 120 acres at the intersection of SE 92nd Loop and SE 110th Street Road.
The Board of County Commissioners voted to approve the final master plan for zoning case 250605ZP, submitted by Tillman & Associates on behalf of Sandy Clay LLC. The 119.75-acre tract (parcels 37896-000-00 and 37896-000-01) lies inside the Urban Growth Boundary and the Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone. No addresses have been assigned.
