BOISE — Police were at a popular recreation point Thursday apprehending a man suspected of lewd conduct and kidnapping.
Detectives and deputies with the Ada County Sheriff’s Office and Eagle police arrested Jose Lozano Flores, 29 of Nampa, at 3:19 p.m. Thursday at Quinn’s Pond in Boise. According to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, Lozano Flores allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl at Freedom Park in Star at around 9 p.m. Wednesday and left the park with the victim in his vehicle. Lozano Flores and the victim were both located at Quinn’s Park the next day.
Lozano Flores has been charged with felony lewd conduct with a child under 16, felony first-degree kidnapping and misdemeanor resisting and obstructing, the sheriff’s office said in a news release…
