Arkansas State Police on Friday, July 24, 2026 posted information about four recent fatal motor vehicle incidents in the state.
Justen Lane, 19, of Harvey was killed about 5:42 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2026 in a rollover accident on Arkansas 28 in Yell County.
Lane was driving a 2006 GMC Yukon westbound on Arkansas 28 when the vehicle entered a left-hand curve. Investigators said the SUV left the roadway on the right side before the driver overcorrected and re-entered the highway.
