NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — Two minors suffered serious injuries Saturday after a head-on jet ski collision on the Niagara River, near Gratwick Park in North Tonawanda.
The crash prompted an emergency response from a number of agencies during ongoing Canal Fest activities.
