TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas — The Travis County Sheriff’s Office announced Sunday that a deceased person was located in Lake Travis following a water rescue turned recovery mission Saturday.
At 12:05 p.m. Saturday, Travis County Sheriff’s Office Lake Patrol Deputies responded to a 911 call stating that a man went underwater and did not resurface on the northwestern side of Point Venture on Lake Travis.
