BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Former Kern County District Attorney Ed Jagels was charged Monday with driving under the influence in connection to his arrest in June.
The two misdemeanor DUI counts come with special allegations of driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.15% or more.
