BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Lancaster man accused of causing the deaths of two teenagers in 2022 will face trial after his charges were previously dismissed, according to an appellate court ruling.
Prosecutors said Ryan Stencel was speeding when he lost control of a car on Warner Road in Lancaster and struck a tree, sending the vehicle into flames in March 2022.
Stencel escaped, but his two passengers, Mackenzie Mycek and Molly Kaminski, died. All three individuals were 19-years-old…
