MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – A Madison County grand jury has indicted Kyle Lewter on charges of murder and sexual torture.
The indictment, obtained by our newsroom, stems from the 2024 death of Derek Walls. Prosecutors allege Walls was killed at a home on Capshaw Road.
