LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin said on Monday that Arkansas is one of the states reaching a settlement with 23andMe over a data breach.
Griffin said he and 41 other state attorneys general reached a settlement totaling $18 million. The share of that settlement for Arkansas is $431,937, he added.
